Why dont my glass beads look the same
No two glass beads are exactly the same. But for our earring purposes they are as close as possibe to exact matches
Why hasn't my payment been marked as paid?
It could possibly take up to a week for a payment to process depending on how you paid.
Tho usually it is within a day it may be possible to take longer as soon as we receive the payment we will mark it as paid.
Can I return my item
All items are sold as is. Since there may be slight imperfections in the beads there will be no returns for that reason. But if you are not 100% satsified or the items are damaged upon arrival, contact us so the we may do our best to resolve the issue. No item will be replaced without return of the original item. Upon return you may receive either a replacement if possible or choose another item of equal value.
